This is the December 17, 1675 church death record of my 8th great grandmother Maria de la Garza Cavazos who died in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
The record states that she was married to Ignacio Guerra and that she was berried at the convent of San Francisco in the same city of Monterrey.
From other records we know that she was the daughter of Juan Cavazos and Elena de la Garza. Her husband Ignacio Guerra was the son of Antonio Guerra Cañamal and Luisa Hernandez de Rio Frio.

Moises, her sister, Margarita Garza, is my ancestor. Margarita was born about 1633 and married Capitan Pedro Garcia Avila about 1655.
