This is the September 14, 1862 Death Record of Jose Narciso Perez who died in the Hacienda del Cercado in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He was my 3rd great grandfather.
His death was registered in Santiago, Nuevo Leon since el Cercado is under it's jurisdiction.
The preson declaring the death of Narcizo is non other than his father Jose Anselmo Perez. The record also mentions that he was 50 eyars old when he died and that he was married to Maria Juana Tamez.

peres = En la Villa de Santiago a los ca[?]
dias del mes de Setiembre, de mil ocho[?]
tos sesenta y dos: Anoche al Juez de
Estado civil, comaprecio el ciudadano
Anselmo Perez, quien declaro que en la hacien
da del Cercado fallecio como a las cinco de
la tarde del Domingo [?] del consiente
Narcizo Perez, de cincuenta años de edad, casa-
do que fue con Maria Juana Tamez, hijo
legitimo del que declara y de Maria Rita Ro-
driguez. En vsita de esta declaracion, man-
de levantar la presente acta. la que en se-
guida lei al que declara y testigos que lo fue-
ron los ciudadanos Rafael Tamez y Jose
de la Merced Cavazos, casados y mayores
de edad, no firmaron porque expresaron
