Her parents are listed as Joseph Cuellar and Ana Maria Gutierrez. Her godparents are listed as Miguel de Cuellar, y Gertrudis Gonzalez Hidalgo, her uncle and aunt.
She grows up to marry Juan Jose Selvera de la Garza the son of Jose Francisco Angel de la Garza and Maria Cayetana Pena.
