1778 Death Record of Jose Manuel Hinojosa

This is the February 15, 1778 death record of Jose Manuel Hinojosa, my 7th great grandfather, who died in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Jose Manuel was married to Maria Ines Chapa and his parents were Diego de Hinojosa and Josepha de la Garza.

The record indicates that he died form old age and that he did a will. It also mentions that by this time he was already a widow.

The parents of Maria Ines Chapa are Nicolas Chapa and Maria Ines Benavides.

Below is the transcript of the death record.
