  1. Moises, we are definitely cousins as I show Ana Maria Gujardo as my 7th great grandmother. Her daughter, Maria Gertrudis de La Pena Guajardo, was married to Joseph Miguel Martinez De La Garza, who is my 6th great grandfather.

  2. Hello Cousin,
Anna Maria was my ancestral Grandmother. I am descended from several of her children but my Grandmother Trinidad Pena is related to her through her son Jose Antonio who married into the Chapa Family.
I always thought of her as being brave and resourceful, as she was a widow with children and had to begin all over again in Mier. Judi Shaw Forest

  3. Deepest apologies on my previous reply. Turns out I have incorrect information on my tree!
I’m sooooo embarrassed! I promise to check my facts first before emailing anything in the future.

  4. Ana Ma. GUAJARDO was my 3rd cousin, 5 generations removed. Her father was my first cousin, 8 generations removed; her mother was my 2nd cousin, 6 generations removed.
