Last Names of Nuevo Leon

This is the May 3, 1673 death record of Juan de la Garza, my 8th great-grandfather,  who died in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

His death record indicates that he was married to Margarita de Montemayor. She was the daughter of Miguel de Montemayor and Monica Rodriguez.

The parents of Juan where Blas de la Garza and Beatriz Gonzalez Hidalgo.

On the top of this page is the first part of the death record and here below is the second part to it.

Second: Your transcriptionrefers to “Lázaro” instead of “Juan”
