1835 Church Marriage of Jose Hipolito Tanguma and Maria Francisca Pena in Mier Tamaulipas, Mexico

This is the image and transcription to the Church Marriage record for my 3rd great grandparents Jose Hipolito Tanguma and Maria Francisca Pena. It is interesting to note that the parents are not listed anywhere in the image but on the search results Hipolito’s parents are being listed as being Benito Tanguma and Clara Rodrigues. It might be that who ever helped index the records may have known who his parents were since I have found through other sources that Benito and Clara are his parents. You can see the index image after the transcription.

En esta Parroquia de la Villa de Mier a los diez diaz del mes de Nbre de mil ochocientos treinta y sinco. Yo el Presbto. Jose Ancelmo Fuentes, Cura interino de dicha Villa, haviendo precedido todas las dilig. que previene el derecho amonestados en tres dias festivos inter Miraxum Solemnia, segun dispocision del Santo concilio tridestino que lo fueron los dias veinte y ocho de Octubre y el primero y ocho de Nbre. y no haviendo resultado impedimto. algo. pasadas mas de las veinte y cuatro horas despues de la ultima amonestacion Case y Vele infancie Ecclasie a Jose Ypolito Tamga. Soltero con Ma. Franca. Pena fueron testigos al verlos casar y velar Jose Anto. Ybanez y los padrinos que los acompanaron Jose Ma. Guerra y Ma. Guadalupe Tanguma. Y para que conste lo firme.
