The following is the 1673 marriage of my 8th great grandparents Joseph Martinez and Ynes de la Garza in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. This document indicates that a dispensation was done due to them having four grades of consanguinity unfortunately I have yet to find that dispensation. The parents of Joseph are Ignacio Martinez and Maria Flores. The parents of Ynes are Pedro de al Garza and Maria de al Rocha.
