Héctor Jaime Treviño Villarreal, director of the General Archive of the State of Nuevo Leon, as well as the mayor, Ing. Cosme Leal, the official chronicler of the municipality, Dr. José Ascensión Tijerina, the city secretary Roberto Garza, city council officials, secretaries and administrative .
