The Medallion – Texas Historical Commission’s Official Magazine

Posted by

Just wanted to let you know about The Medallion the official magazine of the Texas Historical Commission. You can check their website here, Texas Historical Commission.

You can subscribe for free to receive issues as they are printed. I subscribed and within a week I had a Packet with the latest three issues. Found out that a nearby 1950’s Fruit Company was designated as a historical site. The Magazine is rich in Texas history and you never know your ancestors might even be featured there.

If you can’t wait for your issues, you can always read the current or past issues on their website.
