1796 Baptism Record of Jose Antonio Garcia
Last Names of Nuevo Leon

This is the January 1, 1796 baptism record of Jose Antonio Garcia, my 5th great-grandfather, who was baptized in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

The parents of Jose Antonio are Jose Tomas Garcia and Maria Salome de la Garza. He grows up to marry Maria Juliana Trevino the daughter of Jose Luis Treviño and Maria Estefana de Lizarraras y Cuellar.

His baptism record indicates that he was nine days old when he was baptized thus I concluded that he was born on 23 Dec 1795.

Below is my transcription of the above document.
