FamilySearch: When someone asks me about documents and or where to find more information I always refer them to FamilySearch. They have baptismal, death, birth, and marriage records for both the United States and Mexico. They also have the U.S. censuses and some Mexican census records plus a ton of other resources. Ancestry: This is my go to resource if you are researching Ancestors for the United States. They provide some free resources, such as a free account to create a family tree, but to fully experience their full potential you have to get a paid subscription. Family Tree Maker: Store and manages my family tree and in my opinion they are the best that is out there. It lets you import photos and documents, print charts, reports, and best of all it lets you back up everything to Ancestry.com.
